How to build an electric vehicle product mix for resale

Compare urban scooters, folding bikes, compact models, delivery vehicles, and full-size models to prepare a B2B shortlist.

There is no single product mix for every dealer. Start with your sales channel, choose among urban, foldable, compact, delivery, and full-size models, and only then compare motor, exact battery configuration, packaging, and the 40HQ reference. The final shortlist should state each model and quantity so the commercial quote can match it.

The direct answer

Use the categories to build a shortlist, not a fixed buying formula. Then compare each representative by motor power, battery voltage, capacity and chemistry, packaging, and the 40HQ reference. Missing fields remain pending for the quote.

Five categories for organizing the shortlist

The matrix uses one representative from each current catalog category. It structures the comparison without claiming which model will sell more in a region.

Three ways to create a shortlist

The examples below organize a commercial discussion. They are not demand forecasts or quantity recommendations.

Urban and compact shortlist

Compare an urban model with a compact or foldable model to review different formats. Keep battery and shipment data separate for each model.

Delivery-project shortlist

Start with the delivery category and add an urban model only if the channel needs another format. Do not assume range or load capacity without a confirmed product sheet.

Broad showroom shortlist

Use urban, compact or foldable, and full-size representatives to show different formats. Quantity and configuration still depend on the quote.

Compare proposals with the same configuration

The model name alone is not enough. Before comparing values, check that each proposal repeats the model, motor, battery voltage, capacity, and chemistry. If a configuration changes, the quote should be updated before the order.

Details to include in the quote request

  • Model and item code, when available
  • Required quantity for each model
  • Motor power
  • Battery voltage, capacity, and chemistry
  • Packaging and 40HQ reference, or a field to confirm
  • Single-model or mixed-model load
  • Destination city or port and market

Continue the comparison

Use the focused guides to check batteries, 1000W models, and packaging references before sending the shortlist.

Questions about a resale product mix

How many models should be in the first shortlist?

There is no universal number. Build a shortlist that represents your channel, then confirm quantity, configuration, and destination in the quote.

Is a higher motor rating always better for resale?

No. Motor power is only one field. Compare format, exact battery, packaging, and the intended commercial project as well.

Can I compare batteries using voltage only?

No. Record voltage, Ah capacity, and chemistry. A 60V 20Ah battery is not the same configuration as 60V 30Ah, and lead-acid should not be treated as lithium.

Can I add single-model 40HQ references to plan a mixed load?

No. Published references apply to individual models. A mixed load needs separate confirmation of packaging and container occupancy.

Why is pricing provided only through a quote?

This keeps the proposal tied to the stated model, configuration, and quantity. The public page does not turn different configurations into one price.

Limits of this guide

This content organizes current APEX range data for commercial screening. It does not forecast demand, sales, or margin and does not promise performance, regulatory approval, stock, lead time, freight, or a final loading plan.

Send the shortlist for a clear quote

State the models, quantities, battery configurations, and destination so the proposal matches the requested shortlist.

APEX commitment: the quoted model, motor, and battery must match the delivered configuration.
